About Us: 

VNS Dental Lab is based in Wollongong NSW and specialises in Crown & Bridge and Implant restorations. With a strong presence in New South Wales, we are actively seeking a Sales representative to expand our reach across Australia. The successful applicant will have experience in sales and the dental industry. 

Position Overview: 

As VNS Sales Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in our expansion strategy and report directly to the Operations Manager. Your primary focus will be to craft growth strategies, manage your own appointment book, achieve set key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with the marketing team to shape offers and strategies for swift conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Conversion, leveraging your expertise in the dental industry to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and growth strategy tailored to the dental sector while aligning with the company's broader objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, using your dental industry insights to influence product offers, promotions, and strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Scrutinize and analyse sales data to discern trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
• Achieve sales goals with overall company objectives and budgetary considerations.
• Provide reports on Client revenue and retention.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dental professionals, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a sales role, with a particular emphasis on the dental sector.
• Profound understanding of the dental industry, with a track record of success in sales.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies specific to the dental industry.
