Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing new customer relationships, and closing sales. You will work closely with our sales team manager and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell Workcon services to prospective new clients and projects.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyse market potential, track sales, and report on performance.
• Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years’ work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Customer relation map practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritising, time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs this includes Workcon Directors and Leadership Team. 
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
