About the Role

We are looking for an engaging and hungry Sales Representative to join our sales team and drive the growth of our expanding product list here in Victoria. You will support the success of the company  by using your sales techniques to hunt new business and close inbound sales leads

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of the sales strategy to drive new business.
  • Achieve weekly activity targets and monthly KPI’s.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in line with forecasts.
  • Take in-bound sales enquiries via email, phone and appointments.
  • Provide support to Sales Manager with proactive sales strategies.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with external businesses to achieve required commercial outcomes.
  • Keep Odoo (CRM, contract preparation) up to date for accurate sales reporting.
  • Exceptional client relationship management from initial enquiry, deposit and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be an active part of the team and be a team player.

 

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with a CRM is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise across a wide range of customer demographics positively and proactively.
  • Strong local area knowledge and contacts within the 4wd industry an advantage but not a necessity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence and work well within a team environment.
  • Approachable, flexible and adaptable.
