About the role 

Join the expanding sales team as a Sales Rep. Create, implement and execute sales and marketing activities that will strengthen and grow relationships with local and national distributors. When you're not out on the road, you can work from your own home-based office. You will be responsible for driving product sales and achieving results. There are two roles available, one will be looking after North of the Brisbane River to Nambour and one will be South of the Brisbane River to Lismore.

 
Key duties of the role include:

• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan which should include sales campaigns, call plan and sales budgets
• Maintain a close relationship with all major customers in the territory and have an understanding of their relationship nationally
• Attendance of trade shows with potential to travel interstate
• Report on a monthly basis to management regarding all market and sales activities
• Collect market data, intel & provide feedback as required to support the Product Management & Marketing Teams
• Compile and conduct store and branch level training programs as and as required                                                                   

 
Skills & experience required:

• Be an experienced and dedicated Sales Professional
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge and interest in the Automotive/Car industry desirable
• Full driving licence required
• Have a genuine passion for sales and be results-driven
