Sales Representative - Fast Hire

As a Sales Representative, you will represent the company and our products to current and potential customers in order to achieve and exceed the company’s sales expectations.

The head office for Titus Tekform Victoria is located in Bayswater. Monthly attendance at the Bayswater office will be required, usually on a Friday.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Achieving sales and gross profit margins,
• Supporting and implementing initiatives to enhance the company’s market position,
• Identifying, acquiring and maintaining long term customers for the company’s products,
• Developing an in depth understanding of the benefits and features of our product range as well as customers and influences,
• Utilizing your business and sales skills to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company,
• Assisting in the preparation of annual sales, and gross profit budgets.

Together with the necessary experience, the successful applicant will be highly organized and have significant field sales experience, ideally in the kitchen manufacturing and cabinet making industries. You will be goal orientated, tenacious, and possess a will to succeed. Additional competencies include the ability to negotiate and present logical and competitive solutions to potential customers through both written and verbal communications.

As a Sales Representative, you will be a strong team player, able to work both autonomously and harmoniously in a team environment, sharing the company goal of delivering excellent customer service. A current driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
