Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage leads provided by our internal sales office, engaging with clients to conduct site visits for measuring garage door openings and facade cladding, if applicable. This role requires proficiency in both B2B and B2C sales, with a strong emphasis on meeting monthly sales targets and actively generating new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle leads generated by the internal sales team and initiate contact with clients to schedule site visits.
  • Accurately measure garage door openings and facades, providing detailed information for cladding services as applicable.
  • Log all client information and site visit outcomes into our CRM system promptly and accurately.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets through effective B2B and B2C sales strategies.
  • Generate weekly sales funnel pipeline reports and monthly budget reports to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Be proactive in generating new leads by scheduling meetings with potential clients and exploring new markets.
  • Complete and submit detailed order forms to our Perth branch for the manufacture and shipment of garage doors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the garage door or construction industry, with a successful track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to conduct precise measurements and provide detailed technical information for custom orders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in generating leads and securing sales opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours when necessary to meet client needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and projects efficiently.
  • Working from home is not an option
