Job Description - Sales Representative / Territory Account Manager / BDM - Rewarding Work

We are looking for a new Sales Professional / Business Development Manager to join our close-knit team with a shared passion for high quality customer service and drive to generate new business.

The Supply Guys are a leading wholesale supplier of quality consumables, commercial chemicals, cleaning equipment and hospitality products and we are located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality and eco-friendly options for commercial, industrial, education, child care and hospitality sectors. 

Are you an experienced, motivated, passionate and customer ordinated sales professional?

New Business Development experience would be highly valuable and an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new customer relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities and funnel these into our customer service operation  
  • Cold calling prospective customers
  • Managing current key accounts
  • Developing new sales channels in new markets on the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane
  • Arranging and attending business meetings with prospective and existing customers
  • Promoting our products and services, addressing or predicting customers objectives and requirements

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills
  •  IT fluency and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and MONDAY or similar CRM.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical and possess problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude with a con-do approach, be good listener and clear communicator 

This is a full-time position with a completive salary package including a car or car allowance. You will be working from our Noosaville office and warehouse facility, reporting to the Business Owner and the General Manager.
