SALES SECRETARY
Every great sales team needs a great Sales Secretary to keep the sales department running smoothly. Having a competent person in this position makes life better for all parties involved in the purchase of property.
You will liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and salespeople to ensure that paperwork is correct and on time, which leads to smooth transactions.
You must be organised, because salespeople tend to be disorganised. You will assist our team wherever needed, helping them to help their buyers and sellers. It’s a very rewarding position.
You will need a high level of computer skills, communication skills (both on the phone and the written word) and exceptional organisational skills.
This is a responsible role that requires leadership and common sense. You must be able to work alone and as a team player. There will be many opportunities to attend ongoing training, internally and externally.
