The Opportunity

Join our high-performing NSW sales team as a Sales Specialist – Aged Care, where you’ll drive growth, build strategic partnerships and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.

You’ll take ownership of a key territory from Central Coast/Northern Beaches to Penrith/WNSW Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Mudgee working closely with aged care providers to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers and deliver long-term value.

What you’ll do

• Grow and manage a high-value aged care territory across Central Coast/Northern Beaches to Penrith/WNSW Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Mudgee
• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and decision-makers
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Drive revenue through strategic account planning
• Provide market insights to support business growth and innovation

What you’ll bring

• Experience in medical, healthcare or aged care sales (3+ years preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence influencing executive-level decision-makers
• Highly driven, resilient and commercially focused
• Strong planning, organisation and CRM capability
• Passion for improving outcomes in healthcare
