In this role, you will be working closely with the Sales Manager and the broader sales team to identify and develop new customer opportunities. Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Executive relationship management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ideally, but not essential, New Business Sales Outreach / Experience in SDR Role.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Prepare scope documents, proposals, and estimates, ensuring all data is accurate
• Manage inbound marketing leads, including scheduling initial qualification calls
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or resolve queries and follow up on potential and lost deals for updates and feedback
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, customer records and develop monthly sales reports
• Ensure Sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Provide administrative support for sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents
• Conduct outreach to new business prospects and communicate important customer feedback internally
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to provide insights on lead quality and feedback.
• Adhere to Sope policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as required by Sope management
