Job Description - SALES SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION (Maternity Leave) - Exciting Challenge

We are searching for a dedicated SALES SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION (Maternity Leave) to join our talented team at The Rug Collection Pty td in Clayton South, Melbourne VIC.

About The Role

We have a great opportunity for a skilled admin and sales support team member with experience in MYOB, freight and logistics to join our friendly team.  You will be working as part of the admin team, and also working very closely with our sales team & warehouse. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities include;

• Customer service and answering incoming calls

• Admin support to Account Managers

• Data Entry & invoicing through MYOB

• Assisting the Admin & Accounts Manager

• Organising and managing deliveries with our various freight partners  

• Manage ingoing & outgoing sales emails

• Any ad hoc duties required by management

 

Skills & Experience;

• General admin/reception and customer service experience is essential

• Experience in working closely with sales reps/account managers

• MYOB Account Right experience is preferred, as well as Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Word/Excel)

• Highly organised, strong time management skills & the ability to prioritise

• Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills

• Positive attitude and a friendly, polite manner

• Ability to multi-task (we all pitch in when needed)

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Professional presentation, reliable and punctual

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the interior design industry in a fun and rapidly growing company.

The role is to cover one of our staff members who are going on Maternity Leave for approximately 9 months and may be extended to 12 months. The role be 9.00am -5.00pm Mon-Fri, based solely at our head office in Clayton South.
