Sales Support Coordinator

Here at IMG we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Sales Support Executive working on a Remote / Hybrid Basis reporting out of our Redhill Office, with a competitive salary of £25,,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience). The Sales Support Coordinator Is to provide sales support services to the Regional Sales Managers and Retention Manager.

What does a day in the life of a Sales Support Coordinator look like:

• Input Quotation data to the system
• Operate diary system to ensure Quote TAT’s are adhered
• Assist Regional managers as required re sales campaigns.
• Facilitate TOBA process.
• Monitor sales inboxes
• Salesforce admin
• Responsible for corporate and individual quotations
• Support BDMs

What We`re Looking for: 

• Sales background 
• Excel Spreadsheet experience
• IT literate
• Excellent Communication skills
• Methodical and Organizational skills
• Good Team worker
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision
• Commercial awareness

• Remote / Hybrid Working
• Competitive Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Bonus of up to £1440 per annum (KPI`s must be met)
