Job Description - Sales Support Coordinator

About our Opportunity

As a valued team member of our Bayswater branch, you will work as part of a team to provide administration support to our Sales team and provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. This is a varied role but a typical day will involve scheduling appointments, processing sales orders, generating energy rating reports, promptly responding to customers phone and email enquiries, troubleshooting any issues that may arise. In doing so you will be directly contributing to both the success of the Sales team and to the quality of our customers experience.  

About you

We’re looking to leverage your customer service and administrative experience, along with a keenness to learn and to work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well organised team player who contributes to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and be unaffected when working through customer issues.  

You will have:

  • previous exposure or ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP
  • excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
  • ability to multitask & manage time effectively
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to commit to a full-time role Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
