Sales Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our small, but busy WA team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, coordinating customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. 

What you'll be doing

• Order entry: Accurately enter and process customer orders 
• Sales administration: Handle various administrative tasks, including email correspondence, filing documents, and addressing customer issues or inquiries promptly and professionally
• E-commerce pick and pack duties: Responsible for fulfilling online orders, maintaining stocktake, and completing pick and pack programs for WA customers
• Freight and logistics: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and freight
• Assist with special projects and events 
   

What we're looking for

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Initiative in improving our processes and procedures
• Excellent abilities in priority setting and time management under pressure to achieve deadlines and commitments
• Shopify experience is highly advantageous
