We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis.

Our Real Estate Sales Support Officers are the first point of contact and support for our residential sales team.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the Elders Hobart residential sales team, based in the CBD, you will enjoy a varied day including:

• Providing expert administrative-focussed support to the real estate team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
• Preparing marketing materials such as print and online advertising
• Preparation of contracts
• Database management
• Liaising with vendors and potential purchasers

About you

• Have a sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industry
• Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment 
• Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
• Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
• Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
• Can provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Are proficient with the Microsoft office suite
• Have experience in using Adobe InDesign & Photoshop (preferred but not essential)
