Sales Support Officer - Urgent Position

YOUR IMPACT

We are in search of a dynamic Sales Support Officer to lead the charge in driving sales growth and elevating Never Never's brand recognition as a market leader. If you have a passion for fostering lasting relationships and taking our brand to new heights, then this role is tailor-made for you. You will play a pivotal role in our retail and hospitality sectors, supporting our national Major Retail sales channel while closely collaborating with our National Markets Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with key retail partners to elevate brand visibility and propel sales growth;
• Lead the implementation of consumer sampling, in-store activations, and brand programs to amplify product trials and engagement;
• Opportunity to empower retail partners through masterclasses, training, and promotional activities;
• Nurture account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets;
• Coordinate and execute retail sampling schedules, activations, and brand events.
   

ABOUT YOU

Key qualifications include:

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence a broad stakeholder group;
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
• Tech-savvy, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously;
• Excellent time management and attention to detail;
• Organised and proactive approach to planning and execution;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word as well as equivalent Google suite products;
• Enthusiastic and able to thrive under pressure;
• RSA certified or willingness to obtain;
• Valid Australian driver's license.
