Responsibilities

• Uphold a "customer-first" mindset by delivering excellence in every interaction.
• Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, pricing and fulfilling client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information and transactions.
• Generate sales reports and provide analysis to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve any issues related to product availability, shipment, or customer concerns, while collaborating with relevant departments.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and the motivation to learn our systems.
• Computer savvy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
