Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to collaborate with the team, maintain documentation compliance, and provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders taking deals from conception through to settlement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily tasks with attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Ensure accurate documentation recording and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
- Drive process improvement for efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve problems proactively.
- Documentation and Onboarding:
- Interpret credit applications, issue Letters of Offer, and lodge registrations.
Releases and Settlements:
- Record approvals accurately and review requests within agreed time frames.
- Payment Allocation & Reconciliation:
- Identify and allocate daily payments accurately.
Who you are:
- Exposure to vendor finance and understanding of Commercial Finance processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Timely & accurate computer data entry.
- Desirable: Experience in data entry, operations, and customer service.
- Degree qualified in Business/Finance or related field
