The Role:
This is a fast paced role supporting that will see you utilise your administration skills. We are seeking someone bright and bubbly & willing to challenge themselves! Other responsibilities include:

• Manage all day to day administration responsibilities to support this high performing sales agent
• Vendor management
• Diary management
• Preparing agents listing & appraisal presentations
• Manage the exchange to settlement period
• Preparation for open homes & auctions
• Marketing duties

The Candidate:

• Previous real estate experience
• Real estate certificate or license
• Exceptional time management skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Outstanding administration skills
• Bright, bubbly personality
