The role


We’re looking for a player and coach Sales Team Manager to support and grow an engaged and developing team of sales professionals. You’ll be working with an experienced regional GM, the local GTM team, and cross-functionally with a number of stakeholders including partnerships, solutions engineering, marketing, CS and strategy. You’ll help to develop new relationships and in some cases, own the larger deal coordination.


The ideal candidate will have experience of leading motivated teams of sales people at different levels of their career journey, and enjoy the thrill from closing deals that they’ve owned. The team are growing and so is the ambition for the business to be the best payments product for account-to-account

Base salary range: AUD 168,889 - AUD 253,333



Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.  Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (AUD 168,889 - AUD 211,111) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
