Eagers Automotive is looking for an energetic, driven Sales Trainee to join our Torque Toyota team based in North Lakes! 

With the upcoming arrival of Toyota stock orders, we need to grow our team with the right Sales Trainee that we can invest in and grow!

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will attend our next Sales Academy Training in July/August! This Academy is designed for people who have no experience in our industry, but would love to build a successful Sales Career within the largest Automotive Retailer in Australia!

In our Sales Academy you will learn the fundamental sales skills that you will require to succeed in your new career! With on-going support, monthly group training sessions & weekly one-on-ones post your training course, you will have the best start into our incredible industry!

Our Sales Consultants are forward thinking and ambitious. Driven to succeed, they work with their teams to achieve with passion. Once your training has been completed, your journey in this new and exciting career will give you the ability to earn uncapped commissions and thrive within a rewarding environment. Previous experience in sales is not necessary, as we will provide industry leading training and mentoring that will develop you as a sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers
• Maintain focus on reaching and exceeding sales targets
• Actively prospect and engage past customers
• Customer Relationship Management daily 
• Opening and closing of dealership
• Test driving customers
