Sales/Customer Service - Hiring Urgently

Located in the northern suburbs, this is an established friendly, family owned company supplying glass and hardware to wholesalers and contractors.  Products such as balustrades, pool fencing and shower screens.

The role will require you to be the key point of contact for all customers,as well as liaising with suppliers,local freight companies and warehouse staff.Do you have what it takes to develop strong customer relationships and coordinate sales .This is not a sit back and relax position,it will require dedication,ambition and the ability to work well under sometimes pressured environments.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Data entry of orders, invoices and quotes
• Customer Service
• Administration duties
• Counter Sales
• Arrange Freight, both locally and interstate
• Sales enquiries
• Quote Sales
• Working out measurements

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Experience using Myob 
• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc
• High Level organisational skills,including planning, prioritising and delivery of tasks to deadlines
• Excellent customer service skill
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and accountability
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Team Player.
