ABOUT THE ROLE As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the integration of CRM systems with sales processes to optimize lead management, sales forecasting, and revenue tracking.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Managers of the Project Marketing and Client Services division to understand their requirements and customize the CRM system to enhance the customer/sales experience.
- Provide regular updates to project team and ensuring that all phases of implementation are processing as planned.
- Regularly audit and monitor data integrity within the Slesforce system, ensuring accuracy, completeness.
- Create and provide training to CRM users across different departments, ensuring our users understand and maximise the capability of Salesforce.
- Maintain the health and stability of Salesforce Platform, software updates, advanced User Management, security, and best practice.
- Map business processes to Salesforce functionalities.
SKILLS REQUIRED To be successful you will need:
- Salesforce Certifications in Administrator and/or Developer.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows – basic creation and adaptation of existing flows.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Experience managing Sharing Settings, Permission Set Groups and general platform security.
- 5+ years of CRM management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations.
- Experience in the property/real estate industry will be highly regarded.
