Fulltime – Sydney / Melbourne
$100,000 – $120,000 + super

We are currently partnering with a global Salesforce partner as they continue to build their team here in Australia. We are looking for junior to mid-level Salesforce Consultants to work with one of the leading and well-respected Salesforce teams.

In this role, you will work with a design team to support projects with enterprise customers. You will work with the team to gather requirements, develop functional documentation, and be able to produce quality configuration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Run projects or work as part of a team to diagnose business problems, and translate them into practical solutions for a range of different sectors
• Analyse the customer-related processes, and build the appropriate solution in the Salesforce environment of the customer
• Be responsible for the collection and documentation of functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops for clients, and build sustainable relationships with the stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experienced across core products including sales, service and communities
• Strong client-facing consulting and business analysis skills
• Result-driven — you are highly committed to the customer’s success
• Sharing your knowledge is a passion, you are a team player with strong communication skills
• Minimum Salesforce Administrator certified
