Salesforce Developer

Join a leading financial services organisation based in North Sydney. We are currently seeking a mid-level to senior Salesforce Developer for a permanent position.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practice Salesforce solutions while enjoying a combination of hands-on coding and valuable business exposure. You will work on multiple interesting projects and collaborate with our existing team of experienced Salesforce developers and engineers.
  
Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in writing well-structured code using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Configuration expertise in objects, flows, sharing settings, permission sets, and other security-related components.
• Experience in developing data models, data cleansing, and data migration within Salesforce.

Desirable:

• Experience or good understanding of CI/CD automation and DevOps, preferably SFDX.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and effective management of platform limitations.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry.
• Salesforce certifications such as PD and PD2 are preferred but not mandatory.
