We are seeking talented Salesforce Developers  (Mid to Senior Level), Senior consultant, solution Architect and Salesforce Manager to join the Digital Transformation and Delivery Division at a Federal Government Department.

This exciting opportunity will have you working as part of a dynamic and diverse team committed to delivering quality outcomes across the Salesforce Platform.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing applications to agreed standards and best practice, including test design, user and system documentation.
- Build technical solutions with a focus on user needs
- Act on any identified process improvements that will assist in a more responsive delivery outcome

Desirable skills and experience:
- experience working as a Salesforce Developer or related role, with proven experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce development tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM Platforms, Preference for experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
- Experience in CI/CD principles and automation scripting (YAML, Bash)
- Experience with Git version control and pull request workflows
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Experience with OmniStudio or CRM Analytics
- Previous experience working for Government Agencies, particularly those that support the health sector.
