We are working with a growing consulting partner seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will support the sales team by producing high-level designs, creating client demonstrations, and preparing proposal materials.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the proposed solutions to clients.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and cutting-edge technologies
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products and functionalities, advising clients on the best utilization of Salesforce platform features.
Assist in the creation of accurate project estimations, timelines, and resource requirements for successful implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing credibility and trust through your technical expertise and understanding of their business needs.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and the technical delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
Requirements:
Experience in driving Presales solutions and estimations, with at least 1-2 years in Salesforce implementations
Knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant offerings.
Strong understanding of CRM principles, business processes, and their implementation in Salesforce.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
