We’re now looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions and help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes—especially as we deepen our expertise in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences.

You’re a:

• Salesforce trailblazer with 3+ years of experience designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions

• Analytical thinker who loves untangling business challenges

• Relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and clear communication

• Adaptable professional who embraces complexity and continuous growth

• Trusted advisor who brings confidence, clarity, and creativity to clients
  

• 3+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud Consultant are essential)

• Strong background in business analysis and facilitating client workshops

• Proven ability to identify and propose multiple tailored solutions

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices

• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about its potential to revolutionise customer service

• Have worked in Agile teams (especially with Scrum)

• Use data to drive insights and value-added recommendations
