About the Opportunity

Our Salesforce Practice is preparing to kick off a high-profile, inception-stage project with a major government infrastructure client this July. We are actively seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to step in as our onshore functional lead for this engagement.

This is a permanent, hybrid role heavily preferred in Sydney (with Melbourne also considered), requiring one to two days per week on-site with the client.

Beyond this initial engagement, Innovior has a strong pipeline of upcoming internal project work, offering excellent job security and continuous project flow.

What You’ll Do

As our Senior Functional Consultant, your primary focus will be structuring Salesforce as the absolute single source of truth for the client.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Navigating and mapping complex government consent, privacy, and compliance frameworks.

• Executing detailed lead and consent management configurations.

• Independently managing the project backlog and facilitating hands-on system training for end-users.

• Leading direct, face-to-face stakeholder management and requirements gathering on the client site.

• Coordinating seamlessly with our offshore technical and quality assurance teams to ensure delivery milestones are met on time.

What You Bring

We are looking for a highly capable, client-facing consultant who can independently drive outcomes. You must bring:

• Core Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer 1, and Agentforce certifications.

• Functional Expertise: Proven capability in positioning Salesforce as a single source of truth, specifically across integration, lead management, and privacy or compliance.

• Delivery Leadership: The ability to independently drive user training and manage complex project backlogs.

• Work Rights: Full Australian working rights are required for this position.
