Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead

$150,000 – $160,000 + super

We are partnering with a global Salesforce partner looking to scale their practice on the back of winning multiple enterprise projects. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience leading a team of developers.

In this role you will be working with enterprise customers, understand the technical requirements, provide input and ideas to the technical solution, perform hands-on customization, and lead a technical team

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in workshops in order to understand functionality requirements
• Translate requirements into technical design documents and solutions which are well thought out and architected
• Design, develop, and maintain Apex andLightning Web Components
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third party systems
• Lead a technical team throughout the project lifecycle
• Keep on top of the latest best practice relating to Salesforce through trailhead, self study and certifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (minimum), Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud and other Salesforce Certifications are also highly desirable
• An in-depth understanding of the Salesforce Platform, ideally with several successful enterprise projects under your belt
• Proven experience with data modelling and integration design
• Experience implementing and using CI/CD tools, version control and sandbox management
• Ability to manage your own workload effectively in order to make sure the required tasks are completed with time to spare
• Attention to detail and the ability to solve complex technical problems
• A team player who genuinely enjoys working with customers and teams
