One of Australia's progressive Federal Government departments is looking to engage a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to provide analysis and design to configure Salesforce solutions and improve the overall effectiveness of the department. The role will be based in Melbourne with flexible working arrangements available. The successful Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will be offered a 12 month contract with possibility to extend!

The successful Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Analyse business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support. 
• Connect business requirements with functional capabilities of Salesforce applications.
• Work collaboratively with various technical and business stakeholders to form a fit for purpose solution in the digital channels and leverage a strong working knowledge of Salesforce. 
• Be part of agile delivery, capturing functional requirements, converting them to Epics and User stories. 

The successful Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Minimum 3 years in a Salesforce Functional Analyst position with experience working in the digital portal or app channel. 
• Experience with Process Mapping for B2C & B2B Service.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods to co-ordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and solid communication skills.
