Salon & Spa in DHA 1 Rawalpindi Islamabad is looking for a creative, talented, self-starter to join our team and manage our social accounts.

The candidate must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Responsibilities:

The chosen candidate will be in charge of *representing Salon & Spa on all social media platforms*.

You will contribute your expertise to our company’s online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, as well as Public Relations as needed, while managing existing social media marketing platforms. You will create and manage our company image in a cohesive manner in order to achieve our marketing objectives. Finally, you should be capable of managing our social media presence while maintaining high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Experience/Skills:

comprehension of analytics and reporting

Creating brand awareness

Understanding of social media management tools

Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, digital advertising, web design, and e-commerce

Create social media marketing campaigns, and use your imagination to think outside the box.

Capability to strategically optimise content to drive results (bringing in new customers to salon and spa)

Analyzing the Salon’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying strategic flaws, and recommending improvements

Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as a specific number of shares or likes, and measuring campaign performance against the KPIs. A proven track record in social media. (During meetings, present presentation results to the owner and managers.)

Investigating social media trends and informing management of changes that affect the company’s marketing efforts

Building a community and relationships

Locating public and private events/parties in your area for Salon Advertising

Communication abilities that are both strong and consistent

Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer orientation, as well as good multitasking and organisational skills

5 years of email marketing

Requirements

Be available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for calls from the owner and managers.

Daily updates must be called in and emailed to the owner.

Must have reliable phone and internet connections, as well as own transportation.

You must be fluent in both Urdu and English.

Self-starter with exceptional multitasking and organisational skills

Extensive knowledge of all aspects of social media

Preferred: A degree or certificate in communications, marketing/advertising. If you don’t have a degree or a certificate, you can substitute years of on-the-job experience.

5 years of demonstrated Social Media experience.

Two professional references are needed.

Full-time hybrid remote position. You will need to come into Salon for meetings on occasion.

Capability to commute/move:

To come into the salon for occasional meetings with the salon owner and managers, you must have your own reliable transportation.

Monthly salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs35,000.00
