SAP ABAP Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP
ABAP Technical Consultant with hands -on experience in S/4HANA with a strong understanding of overall SAP principles and practices. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing
custom ABAP solutions in the S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with
business requirements and SAP best practices.

You will play a crucial role in understanding the
current client landscape, design and architecture and identifying
improvements delivering end -to -end solutions that meet the requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop
and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms,
and workflows in S/4HANA.

·       Work
on Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP, OData
services, RAP and Fiori/UI5 integration.

·       FLP
based Web Dynpro & BOPF for HSE and MDG Technical knowledge

·       Knowledge
of various types of integrations from/to SAP (IDOC, Web Service, Proxies, FTP
(encrypted))

·       xECM Integration with SAP (Technical
Knowledge)

·       Collaborate
with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements
and translate them into technical solutions.

·       Perform
design and code reviews, unit testing, and support integration and user
acceptance testing.

·       Optimize
performance of ABAP programs and ensure compliance with SAP development
standards.

·       Support
data migration activities using tools like LSMW, BAPIs,
and IDOCs.

·       Troubleshoot
and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

·       Stay
updated with the latest SAP technologies and S/4HANA innovations.

·       Understanding
of broader spectrum of SAP and able to work across functional support areas to
tune SAP Applications for optimal performance.

·       Upskilling
the internal team with technical skills and mentoring and guiding them to
deliver their work.

·       Develop
and deliver training materials for the support team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       8+
years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 2 years on S/4HANA.

·       Strong
knowledge of ABAP Objects, CDS Views, OData, BOPF, and AMDP.

·       Experience
with Fiori/UI5 development and integration.

·       Experience
in SAP HANA database concepts and performance tuning.

·       Good
understanding of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.

·       Excellent
problem -solving and communication skills.

·       Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and
influence stakeholders at all levels.

·       Relevant
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP EAM, SAP S/4HANA) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       SAP
ABAP certification.

·       Exposure
to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and cloud integration.
