SAP Basis Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Lead to
spearhead our SAP systems at Tritusa. In this pivotal role, you will lead a
team of SAP Basis professionals, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimisation
of SAP environments, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and Solution Manager. You will
drive strategic initiatives such as system migrations, cloud integrations, and
performance optimisations while ensuring system reliability, security, and

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations, including S/4HANA transformations, minimising downtime and ensuring seamless transitions.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP Basis consultants, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
  
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement tuning strategies to optimise resource utilisation and response times.
  
• Design and implement high -availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP environments, ensuring business continuity.
  
• To use SAP Basis, and HANA for sizing and architecture design, Environment/landscape setup, Performance tuning, SAP Application upgrades, HANA upgrades and Disaster recovery setups.
  
• To deliver detailed technical design specifications for changes and enhancements.
  
• To complete SAP upgrades on SAP S/4 HANA, PI, and BI technologies.
  
• To maintain multi -landscape environments through client copies, system refreshes, and transport management using Solman.
  
• To develop and implement proper security measures to provide data integrity and confidentiality of information for SAP S/4 landscapes.
  
• To work across functional support areas to tune SAP Applications for optimal performance.
  
• To evaluate enterprise -wide SAP application systems and develop detailed analysis reports and recommendations for business -critical systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with security standards, managing user roles, authorizations, and SAP security configurations.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
• Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders, aligning SAP solutions with business objectives and industry’s best practices.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the
following:   

• 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS
  
• Working experience with S/4HANA & SAP FIORI integration
  
• Cloud Experience – Installations and Migrations to Cloud, Strong knowledge on VMs provisioning in AWS/ or any other cloud vendors
  
• Experience in design, configuration, and testing of core SAP S/4HANA
  
• Strong exposure towards any cloud, preferably on AWS cloud
  
• Strong Knowledge of Setup and operation knowledge on Solution Manager features like CHARM, Technical Monitoring, etc.
  
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring, change management, and technical operations.
  
• SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA) or SAP Certified Technology Professional – S/4HANA.
  
• Led SAP S/4HANA migrations, reducing system downtime by 20–30% and improving performance by 15–25%.
