Join a large, high-profile public sector organisation delivering a significant ERP transformation program. This organisation is undertaking a major migration from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, aimed at modernising core Finance, HR and Payroll systems and driving improved business outcomes across the enterprise.
Your new role
As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business-led improvements enabled by SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with stakeholders to diagnose operational pain points, translate requirements into SAP-aligned solutions, and ensure measurable business benefits are realised.Key responsibilities include:

Conducting business analysis and process reviews to identify inefficiencies and root causes
Facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement and process mapping activities
Translating business needs into functional requirements aligned to SAP S/4HANA
Supporting SAP HCM (HR & Payroll) and Finance functional design
Identifying underutilised SAP capabilities and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities across the program
Driving benefits realisation and transformation outcomes across business functions
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within SAP/ERP programs (7+ years)
Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC to S/4 conversions
Proven expertise across SAP HCM (HR, Payroll, Time, ESS/MSS)
Experience with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, AP, budgeting)
Demonstrated capability in process mapping (BPMN), stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
Experience delivering business transformation and benefits realisation initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable:

Experience with SAP Fiori, Power BI, or UKG/Kronos integrations
Background in public sector or complex enterprise environments
