Job Description - SAP Project Coordinator - Construction

SAP Project Coordinator - Construction

Contract: 6 months to start (with possible extensions to follow), $550 - $600 inc super, p/d

Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this major player in the construction industry to assist with SAP and ICT related projects across the organisation. 

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with proven Project Coordinator experience in SAP and ICT projects at an enterprise level, combined with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills to operate in a high growth, highly agile, fast paced environment. 

The position: 
 
To support the Project Manager in organising and controlling project related activities.  
 
Outline of duties and responsibilities: 

  • Core Project Coordinator responsibilities including but not exclusive to:
    • Support the Program / Project Manager with governance deliverables and project related administrative tasks
    • Preparation for workshops, forums and meetings
    • Maintenance of project tools - updating milestones, governance checklists, Documentation required to support phase gate approvals
    • Finance management - month end reporting, Assist Project Managers with monthly forecast preparation, EA approvals, purchase order management, invoice processing, Assist with gathering data and conducting analysis for preparation of business cases
    • Vendor Management - Maintain Vendor tracking sheets & process vendor invoices in line with project forecasts, Forecast Sheet, Invoice tracking sheet, SOW tracking sheet
    • Administration support - capture and distribute meeting minutes and actions, prepare communications, update project schedules, maintain the program roadmap, follow up stakeholders and project team members on outstanding actions, risk and issue updates

The ideal candidate’s capabilities include:

  • Proven experience in delivering ICT Projects at an enterprise level
  • Proven experience in SAP related projects at an enterprise level
  • Effective communication - both written and verbal
  • Time management - can handle concurrent activities under pressure
  • Well organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Stakeholder and relationship management
