About the role

As the SAP Solution & Delivery Manager at Toll Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing our SAP S/4HANA Finance enterprise architecture. You will ensure alignment to business strategy, drive standardisation, and support the migration from legacy finance systems to a single, resilient ERP platform. This role blends strategic architecture leadership with hands‑on delivery assurance, partnering closely with finance, technology, and external delivery partners across a large‑scale transformation.

A day in the life of a SAP Solution & Delivery Manager at Toll Group

• Own and govern the SAP S/4HANA Finance enterprise architecture across the UNO program
• Provide end‑to‑end architectural assurance across finance solutions, integrations, and data flows
• Lead technical oversight for legacy‑to‑S/4HANA ERP migrations
• Embed security, risk, compliance, and resilience by design
• Partner with finance leaders, delivery teams, and vendors to shape pragmatic solutions
• Contribute to architecture governance forums and mentor solution architects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications will be well regarded
• SAP S/4HANA certification(s) highly desirable
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification preferred

Skills & experience

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Asset Accounting)
• Proven experience delivering ERP transformations and S/4HANA migrations
• Strong architectural governance, assurance, and design authority capability
• Solid integration, middleware, and data architecture knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills​
