School Principal - Hiring Immediately

The Board of Newstead Christian School (NCS) seeks to appoint a Principal to lead the school from 2025.

NCS is an interdenominational, Christian school and a member school of Christian Education National (CEN). Over the past 30 years and three principals, we have seen the school grow from just a few students to the 100-mark, covering grades K-10. As a Board, we are excited about the future, and we feel that God is positioning us for the next season of growth. Some of these indicators include:

1. We have a healthy and unified Board in place to govern the school.
    
2. Through our strategic planning process, we have implemented a new leadership structure, consisting of the Principal, Director of Teaching & Learning, Director of Student Behaviour & Welfare, and Business Manager.
    
3. We received a 5-Year re-registration with no conditions from the Non-Government Schools Registration Board, taking us to 2028.
    
4. We are in the process of developing our property further.
    

Yet, God works in unexpected ways, and He is calling our beloved Principal into her own new season of adventure and growth. Therefore, the Board is now seeking enquiries for the role of Principal at Newstead Christian School, starting in January 2025. We recognise that this is a journey of faith and discernment for both us and for you.
