School Store Officer - Fast Hire

The Opportunity

Seeking a School Store Officer to join our Facilities and Maintenance team on a full-time ongoing basis to assist in the operations and management of the College store.  This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the store runs smoothly and effectively to serve the needs of students, staff and school community. 

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Store Operations coordination 
• Coordinate and administer distribution and supply of supplies, equipment and resources
• Promote and assist in administering compliance and safety
• Providing assistance to the School Inventory Officer and Manager of Facilities and Maintenance

Selection Critieria

• Blue Card: Must possess a current Blue Card for working with children.
• Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area are a plus
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate inventory management software and other relevant IT systems
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
