About the Role:

The School to Employment Officer role will focus on relationships with schools, present job opportunities, and perform recruitment duties to support new school program placements across the Newcastle region. 
 

Duties:

• Relationship building and networking
• Communicate regularly with students, schools and program stakeholders
• Performing recruitment and networking duties
• Work towards KPIs
• General Administration Duties
   

About You:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good teamwork and a willingness to collaborate with others to develop plans to achieve goals
• Confidence to be working with and mentoring young people
• Interested in spending time in the office but also out in the community 
• Empathy and patience in a must to ensure we get our students through to completion
• Adaptability and resilience, as no two days are the same

Necessary:

• Full Drivers Licence
• Willingness to travel where necessary
  – Fuel Card & Travel Allowance provided
