Scrum Master

12 month contract for a Scrum Master to join a digital and business transformation program. Your new companyThis is an exciting opportunity to join a large and well-regarded organisation undergoing significant digital and business transformation. You'll be working on high-impact initiatives supporting key technology and operational outcomes.

Your new roleAs a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving agile delivery across one or more project teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment while ensuring alignment to agile best practices.Working closely with product owners, stakeholders and delivery teams, you will help prioritise work, manage backlogs and support the successful delivery of key initiatives. You will also coach teams in agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement across processes and delivery outcomes.This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within complex project environments
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and delivery methodologies
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to remove blockers and drive team performance

You will also bring:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset
• The ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with teams
