We're now looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Integration team and play a pivotal role in enabling the delivery of critical integration solutions that support our business and customers.

In this Role, You Will:

• Lead Agile delivery practices across the Enterprise Integration team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.


• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities, refine backlogs and ensure alignment on delivery outcomes.


• Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and create an environment where teams can focus on delivering value.


• Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, helping build capability and increase Agile maturity.


• Monitor and communicate delivery performance using metrics such as velocity, cycle time and flow efficiency to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Iteration Manager or Agile Delivery Lead within medium to large technology environments.


• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, coaching and communication skills.


• Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence and Agile delivery tools.


• Scrum certification (PSM or CSM) and experience working with Integration teams will be highly regarded.


• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus) or Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe (desirable).
