Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist

As we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Stylists to join our Albert Park Boutique on a casual basis from October. You’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the peak trading period. Full weekend availability is required, along with reasonable weekday availability to support the team during this busy season.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.


• Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.


• Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.


• Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.


• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
