Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist

As we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Casuals to join our Byron Bay Boutique. You’ll play an important role in supporting the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the peak trading period. Full availability and flexibility are preferred, with a strong commitment to working through the busy December and January period. Noting that leave between December and January cannot be accommodated.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.


• Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.


• Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.


• Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.


• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
