Seasonal Casual Team Member - ACT

Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for Seasonal Casual Sales Assistants to join its passionate team.

Please note these are fixed term casual roles from 3 November 2025 until 20 January 2026 to cover the busy holiday period.

About the role

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About you

• Acts with customer in mind.
• Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
