An opportunity has become available for a technically strong Securitisation & Modelling Associate to join a highly regarded financial services organisation within its Analytics team. Reporting directly to the Head of Analytics, this position offers the chance to contribute to sophisticated modelling initiatives that support structured finance activities and inform key strategic decisions.
Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will play a central role in developing and enhancing advanced models that evaluate complex financial structures and portfolio behaviour. The role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to further deepen your expertise within a technically rigorous environment.
Contribute to modelling frameworks used in securitisation structures and complex transactions
Analyse detailed datasets to produce robust insights that support decision-making
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across analytics and broader business functions
Improve modelling accuracy, transparency and efficiency through best-practice techniques
Clearly document model assumptions, methodologies and outputs
Support continuous enhancement of modelling frameworks and analytical capability
Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining detailed cash flow models, including the ability to model complex scenarios, sensitivities and structural features
Advanced Excel modelling skills, including development of robust, scalable and well-structured financial models using best practice techniques
Proven experience working within financial services, with exposure to financial products, portfolio analytics or structured transactions
Understanding of securitisation structures or structured finance transactions is highly regarded, including exposure to underlying asset performance and deal mechanics
Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data-sets
