Job Description - Security Consultant & Operations Coordinator

Weâre looking for a Security Consultant & Operations Coordinator who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Provide security advice to customers through various channels online and onsite.

Meetings with clients and staff

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

Assist with managing stock and deliveries for online orders

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.

Coordinate the operations of the service delivery for customers. This includes hiring, rostering and assisting employees or contractors to provide the service and providing reports to customers.

Other additional task from time to time to assist the business.

Requirements

Proven experience as a sales executive or security manager or relevant role.

Proficiency in English.

Excellent knowledge of technology and software.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Fast learning speed and a passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Willing to grow and learn new skills through company provided training

If you have experience in security systems such as security cameras, alarms, monitoring, access control or installation this would be an advantage

Benefits

A salary will be negotiated plus commissions on profit from sales
