THE POSITION:

We have multiple roles for both Full Time Relievers and Casual Security Officer roles available, predominantly located in Bunbury and Collie. As a key member of our South West teams, you will play an integral role in maintaining security across various sites.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

·       Location: Sothwest of Western Australia – multiple sites including Minsites, Bunbury and Port Locations

·       Full Time relievers and Casual Opportunities

·       Variety of rosters depending on the site

·       Potential earnings up to $90000 (*Potential earnings up to  $90000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

·       Level 3-5

Wilson Security is expanding in Western Australia, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of WA.  This growth has created new roles within our WA team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

Wilson Security is seeking Security  Officers to support our Security Services operations across the Southwest region. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Ensure the security and safety of designated sites

·       Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client

·       Gatehouse duties

·       Write detailed incident reports

·       Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work extra shifts when required

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

·       Proven experience in the Security Industry

·       Excellent verbal communication and customer services skills.

·       Take pride in their presentation and bearing in all interactions.

·       Flexibility  to work 24/7

·       Current WA Security License

·       Current WA Driver’s License

·       Current First Aid Certificate

·       Intermediate computer skills

·       Collect Specimans for Drugs of abuse testing (HLTPAT005)

·       Certificate II in Emergency Medical Service First Response [HLT21112] 

·       Confined Space Rescue

·       White Card

·       Eligibility to obtain or currently hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) for certain sites

·       Basic Fire and Fire Warden – [PUAFER008], [CPPFES2005], [PUAFER005]

·       Marine Radio – SROCP (Short Range Operator Certificate of Proficiency) 

·       Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia

·       Have sound basic IT skills using a range of software
