• Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available

• Potential earnings up to $90000 (*Potential earnings up to  $90000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

Wilson Security is expanding in Western Australia securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Western Australia.  This growth has created new roles within our WA team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

THE POSITION
Wilson Security has multiple Permanent Full-Time Relief Security Officer roles available. These sites are predominately located SOR - in Kwinana and surrounding locations.
You will be an integral part of our South of the River teams.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client


• Gatehouse duties


• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems


• Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk


• Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification


• Excellent verbal and customer service skills


• Must have a current WA driver’s licence and a vehicle in good working order


• Responding to emergency situations


• Must be eligible to either have or obtain an MSIC for some sites


• Must be clean shaven for certain sites


• Ad-hoc duties


• 24/7 availability

• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights


• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports


• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)


• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods


• Valid WA Security License


• Will be required to have a Dangerous Goods Security Clearance


• Current First Aid certificate


• Be eligible to obtain an MSIC
