About the Role

The Senior Security Analyst is a key role in the security operations team; the team is focused on providing incident response capabilities that are critical to keeping our business and teams safe and secure. Help us build and run best in class security operations.




Responsibilities

• Respond to, resolve, and report on information and security incidents and issues.
  
• Point in the team for security enquiries, providing guidance and support in responding to these issues
  
• The development of detection rules, dashboards and other relevant SIEM content
  
• A culture of security awareness and promote proactive approaches to security across Reece
  
• On a rotating on-call roster for out of hours response to high-priority security alerts
  
  
  
  
  About you
  
  
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in Information Security, including experience within security operations and incident response
  
• Applied knowledge of various frameworks such as ISO, NIST, Essential 8 and the development of security controls that reduces risks as identified by these frameworks
  
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, LogScale, or LogRhythm.
  
• Strong communication skills, you'll be connecting with a range of people at differing levels across the business
  
• Ability to convey complex technical matters in simple term, acting as the conduit between the security team and non-technical teams.
